The rent is $275 per month and includes electricity, water, and free internet. Apartment is two bedrooms and one bathroom and kitchen.
I am available to show people around the apartment and the area and it is ideal for a family allowing good privacy .
Or if you are a single guy, you can enjoy one bedroom as an office or storage.
Basically it is a secure location close to all amenities, schools, shops, eateries etc. There are photos below of ocean restaurants and the pools I visit.
2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchens, garden BBQ area, with a nice breeze most days.
There is an outside garage for undercover parking or for storage. This shed is positioned within our backyard which is also fenced off.
I'm open to also show you around if you are new to the area. I have been here three years so i know all the spots.
